Karen has been walking Jessie & Lottie for a year now and she is brilliant. The dogs love her and are always knackered when I get back from work. Karen recently brought our ring bearer Jessie to our wedding and has gone out of her way for us. We can’t recommend her enough. Molly

Absolutely fantastic service! Karen has recently begun walking our very anxious labradoodle - I was apprehensive as our dog is not easy to walk & is often startled. Karen was so professional and took time to get to know and understand our dog’s needs. It is obvious that Karen puts the well being of the animal first and foremost - Pippin instantly loved her. I have used Cosy Cats and Dogs for the third time to look after my 2 cats whilst we have been on holiday. Yet again they didn’t disappoint. My 2 cats seemed very happy on our return. Tony came round before we left and checked everything was the same as before and took our key. Leaving your door key with someone can seem quite daunting but I felt confident that the house as well as the cats were both looked after. Tony even brought our milk in that was being delivered on the day we returned. Thank you so much for looking after Wellens & Honey and see you again very soon. I definitely recommend them and I like the fact that we can go away and the cats can stay in their own home with no upset to them and know they are being very well looked after. Angela

Tony was very professional and spent time playing with Octavia making sure she was comfortable in her own home whilst we were away over New Years. She wasn't scared like being in a cattery and had all her home comforts with someone coming in daily for company and her basic needs. I felt relaxed she was getting the right care and the home was being regularly checked on. Bex
Cosy cats and dogs looked after my 2 cats over Christmas. We booked them almost 12 months earlier and a week before we went away Tony contacted us and came round to find out the cats routines. I was very impressed with the visit. Tony was thorough and the cats really took to him. Whilst away I felt happy and never felt nervous with leaving not only my cats but the house with Tony. I even received pictures of them which really put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend Tony enough. I have already rebooked them for next year. I feel happier as well because at least the cats are in their own environment so their is not much of a change for them and it’s not traumatic for the cats as I really do not think they would enjoy being in a cattery. Thank you Tony for looking after them both and look forward to using you again next year. Angela

We have just been away for two weeks and couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after our cat and guinea pigs. Don't think they even noticed we were away. Spectacular service! My cats didn't even know I was gone! I usually am very anxious about leaving my little ones when I go away, but Tony and Karen took such good care of my 4 furries! The cats were very trusting of Tony at the meet-and-greet, which is unusual for some of them, but he had a very calming and soothing way with them. Cosy Cats & Dogs even updated me on their well-being whilst I was gone. I have already booked them to take care of Victoria, Tobi, Lizzie and Rocky for my next holidays! Absolutely excellent service! The first time we have been away and returned to find Pepsi as healthy and happy as when we left her. Usually she frets and is very anxious when we are gone, but we have returned and she is content and has had a wonderful Christmas! It is obvious she has been well taken care off and was in trusting hands. We now know we can go away and she will be well looked after. Thank you! Faye
Tony and Karen are such a big help. My little 15 week old cocker spaniel Bob is visited three times a week by them for a walk, dinner and play time. As Bob is only a puppy his walks are meant to be short so Tony spends the extra time interacting with him in the house. Bob never seems stressed or upset when we return from work which is all thanks to Karen and Tony. Brilliant service 10/10 X - Lindsay
